Manila, Philippines– SilverWorks, the leading retailer of sterling silver jewelry in the Philippines for well over 3 decades, gears up for a statement-making comeback that marks a movement– one that drums up its relevance by bridging generations, young and old, through timeless stylistic expression. Months after launching its Retro Collection, the brand is celebrating its 33rd year with a grand celebration, happening on November 3-5, 2023, at the Trinoma Cinema Lobby.

The 3-day event is packed with activities for customers, personalities and everyone who has taken part in the brand’s past 3 decades of celebrating significant milestones in style.
Customers may shop their favorite pieces at the SilverWorks kiosk, have their ears pierced at the piercing salon and see their jewelry get personalized, live, in the designated workshop area.

Performers like the roller skating group Spinners, dance crews from various campuses, the
talented fashion designers and a number of VIPs from in and out of SilverWorks, are set to grace the event, all while paying homage to SilverWorks campaigns of the decades past.

The spotlight, of course, shining on the brand’s most recent release.
Says the brand’s CEO, Louie Gutierrez, of the Retro Collection, “The pieces came straight from our treasure trove of quirky statement jewelry. While they may have come from decades ago, they’re certainly not from a bygone era. Bumabalik-balik ang uso, and popular styles from the past are making a comeback to the present. It won’t be surprising that we see them shaping the future.”

The same can be said of SilverWorks’ history and clientele. Catering to generations and
generations of fashion mavericks and life celebrators, the brand is ready to usher in a new era, one that puts together the style of the past and the sensibilities of the present, to etch a statement that reverberates into the future– welcoming the GenSW.

“Today’s generation is all about standing up for something you believe in–causes that serve the greater good. Playing safe won’t cut it anymore; one has to stand and speak up to stand out,” Gutierrez shares. “Pero habang may pinaglalaban, e having fun and celebrating their youth pa rin.”

To SilverWorks officially welcomed and ushered in the GenSW on August 15.

The brand assures of exciting things ahead, from the Retro Collection to entire store makeovers, to collaborators that are sure to put SilverWorks back on the map of cool, new generation names in fashion. A major throwback and comeback in one, this is bound to be a movement to remember.
